Position OverviewAs our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic mastermind, leveraging data, creativity, and user behavior insights to fuel our exponential growth. You'll be a T-shaped marketer, possessing expertise across various digital channels and the ability to think outside the box to implement innovative hacks for organic growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Be student-centric in the overall marketing approach, providing our potential learners with value even before they enroll.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and stay on top of trends.
- Own user-journey metrics end-to-end, utilizing data-driven insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve conversion rates throughout the user journey.
- Leverage your understanding of user behavior to craft targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing with a demonstrably successful track record of moving business numbers.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful growth marketing campaigns and their quantifiable impact.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Experience working in the US and other geographies and knowledge of consumer behavior and preferences there is a plus.
- Being good with all things content is a huge edge that you can have.
- A strong understanding of the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) and expertise in optimizing each stage.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager etc.) and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional creativity and a knack for identifying unconventional marketing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of user behavior and the ability to translate those insights into targeted campaigns.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
