Required Skills and Qualifications

● 8 to 15 years of strong product engineering experience with a focus on ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.

● Experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise SaaS applications at scale.

● Strong architectural skills with the ability to make decisions that balance long-term scalability with short-term speed.

● Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), DevOps, and security best practices.

● A learning mindset towards AI technologies, even if not deeply experienced yet.

● High accountability, leadership maturity, and ability to thrive in a high-ownership environment.

● Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business and GTM leaders.
