Key Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Manager at Blu Consulting, you will oversee the sales team and drive revenue growth in the Ed-Tech industry. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our customer base
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  4. Analyzing sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Ed-Tech sales
  2. 2-3 years of experience in Ed-Tech leadership
  3. Proven track record of driving revenue growth
  4. Strong knowledge of sales CRMs
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
