Sales Manager

As an Inside Sales Manager at Blu Consulting, you will oversee the sales team and drive revenue growth in the Ed-Tech industry. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our customer base
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Analyzing sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Ed-Tech sales
- 2-3 years of experience in Ed-Tech leadership
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of sales CRMs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with experience in front-end sales and a strong understanding of the Ed-Tech industry. If you have experience working with high ticket values and are aware of sales CRMs, we encourage you to apply.
