Accor Hotel Housekeeping Representative

Job Objectives:
As an integral member of the housekeeping team at Accor Hotel, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel. This includes guest rooms, public areas, and executive offices, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Room Maintenance:
- Ensure all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, including linens, towels, and amenities.
- Restock and replenish guest room supplies as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding room cleanliness and maintenance.
Public Area Maintenance:
- Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and meeting rooms.
- Ensure all public areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.

Teamwork and Communication:
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding guest requests, concerns, and other relevant information.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
