Job Title :
Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm leads, following a script, and scheduling appointments.

You'll receive comprehensive training from experienced U.S.-based trainers and work entirely from home.

Responsibilities:
Making high volumes of outbound calls each day using an automated system
Following scripts to explain basic information and book appointments
Keeping CRM records accurate and up-to-date
Attending team meetings and participating in performance coaching
Working closely with your team lead to ensure quality and consistency

Ideal Candidate Has:
Excellent spoken English and phone etiquette skills
Call center or BPO experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with customer service or outbound calling environments
