About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our Transparency team. As a strategic contributor, you will be responsible for recruiting and partnering with local brands, communicating the value proposition of our service, and driving adoption among industry leaders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving industry. You will work closely with senior executives at interested sellers to negotiate deals and ensure successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand Amazon Transparency's program and offerings, articulating its functions and benefits to external audiences.
  • Track and report performance using relevant metrics, achieving productivity and brand satisfaction targets.
  • Identify prospects/partners, communicate the specific value proposition for their business, and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with mid-level/senior executives to successfully negotiate deals and facilitate onboarding.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers.
