Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of potential customers to establish trust and credibility.

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing business planning and strategy.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop business plans and strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

Provide sales support, including developing sales materials and presentations, and offering market insights to inform sales decisions.

Represent ScaleneWorks at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute projects within given timelines and deliver results.

Track and analyze business development efforts to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.

Develop and implement strategies for long-term profitable growth, including new business acquisition and project management.

Manage customer relationships and negotiate prices to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Ensure timely and effective management of receivables from onboarded customers.

Respond to customer inquiries on Powertrain, Retrofit markets, and EV accessories, converting them into revenue-generating opportunities.

Behavioral Skills:

Possess an open-minded and outgoing personality, with ease in connecting and maintaining good relationships with customers.

Adopt a customer-centric approach to align with customer needs and find acceptable solutions.

Demonstrate a collaborative attitude when working with cross-functional teams.
