Job Opportunity:

This role is a critical component of our training and development programs, responsible for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences that drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and brand compliance across multiple hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies, including onboarding, brand standards, guest service, compliance, and operations training, tailored to the needs and culture of each property.
  • Design and deliver high-quality training content, leveraging blended learning approaches such as in-person, on-the-job, virtual, and e-learning formats.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments in collaboration with hotel department heads and HR teams to identify skill gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, guest feedback, and quality audit scores to inform training initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted learning solutions aligned with business objectives and performance outcomes.
  • Deliver leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and high-potential team members to enhance their skills and prepare them for future roles.
  • Provide coaching and support to hotel leadership teams on training techniques, team engagement, and performance management.
  • Partner with brand corporate training teams to roll out new initiatives and ensure adherence to standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field (desired).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training role within the hospitality industry, with multi-property exposure preferred.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and instructional design is an asset.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design engaging and impactful training content.
  • High level of organizational and project management skills.
  • Culturally sensitive with the ability to work across diverse teams.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel regularly between assigned hotel locations.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate training across various shifts.
  • Fluency in languages required or preferred.
