Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This includes planning, managing, and executing all aspects of facilities management.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. The Facilities Operations Manager will lead a team of technicians and service providers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and implement long-term solutions to maintain and improve facilities.

Beyond routine maintenance tasks, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage and supervise a team of technicians and service providers to deliver high-quality facilities services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement capital projects and facility upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize resources.
  • Lead efforts to improve workplace safety, health, and wellness through training programs and process improvements.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Controls & Instrumentation, or a related field, and 5+ years of relevant experience are required. Proven success in facilities management, project management, or a related field is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Controls & Instrumentation, or a related field, and 7+ years of relevant experience are preferred. Demonstrated expertise in building automation systems, HVAC installation, electrical and mechanical systems, and contract management is desirable.
