Senior Performance Marketer Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is essential, with expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across various digital channels to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of B2B SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value, and the need for ongoing user retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels.
  2. Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging.
  4. Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  5. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.

What We're Looking For :

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Has handled significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search and other digital channels.
