About the Role:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using advanced tools such as Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for informed decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel (SQL knowledge is a plus)
- Experience in building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating reports in Power BI/Tableau.
