Life Insurance Business Process Lead

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead CRM and complaint system projects with energy, efficiency, and end-to-end ownership.

  • Able to liaise with the IT team for any system requirement or change request.
  • Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Hands-on knowledge of post issuance journeys and processes within the life insurance domain.

Tech Skills:

  • SQL queries
  • Static Application Security Testing (SAST)
  • .Net (Desirable)

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT and life insurance.
  • Excellent production support skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities include hands-on knowledge of life insurance business processes and policy lifecycle as well as familiarity with SDLC and post-issuance journeys and processes.
