Job Description

Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service to meet business needs.

Design and develop business processes, workflows, dashboards, and reports within Dynamics 365 CRM.

Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations with other enterprise systems.

Lead workshops and user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the CRM system.

Provide functional support during system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live.

Assist in data migration planning and execution using tools like Data Import Wizard or SSIS.

Maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials.

Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM features and industry best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
  • Experience with Power Platform components like Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM customization and configuration.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data model.
  • Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional Agile teams.
