- Understand client business objectives and develop targeted marketing strategies to effectively translate them into actionable plans.
- Manage the entire client servicing process from campaign briefings to execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Contribute to new business development through active participation in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital/advertising innovations to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
- Hands-on experience in sales/business development is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
- Exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
