Job Title: Operational Support Specialist

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-1 year in administration, operations, or customer service;

  • Mindset: Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, with an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities;
  • Tools: Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms.
