We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our efforts in attracting and retaining top-tier professionals in AI, data science, and data engineering fields.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, leveraging employer branding initiatives to position us as a top employer, and building a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven talent acquisition strategy to attract top professionals in AI, data science, and technology fields.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Leverage employer branding initiatives to position Blend as a top employer for AI and tech talent.
  • Build and lead the recruitment team equipping them with the tools and knowledge to effectively source, evaluate, and hire top talent.
  • Implement best-in-class recruitment methodologies, including AI-driven sourcing tools, assessment techniques, and talent analytics.
  • Design and enhance candidate experience strategies ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.
  • Optimize hiring processes to improve efficiency, diversity, and quality of hires.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition leadership roles, preferably within tech companies or consulting environments focused on AI, data science, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment technologies, particularly for AI and data-driven roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Ability to manage recruitment projects in dynamic, multicultural environments, particularly when hiring for teams serving U.S. clients.
