Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems that power our web application.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities across the platform.
- Monitor and optimize service performance, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring low-latency query responses.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in software backend development.
- Work closely with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver seamless and intuitive experiences.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering and a proven track record of building and scaling microservices and working with data retrieval systems.
- Experience with C#, .NET, unit testing, object-oriented programming, and relational databases.
- Cloud expertise, including experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure, and knowledge of cloud-native services for AI/ML, data storage, and processing.
- Proficiency in building and deploying Generative AI use cases is a plus, as well as experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Semantic search with platforms like ElasticSearch.
