We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Keka HR in the United States. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for driving business growth.

**Job Summary:**

The primary responsibility of this position will be to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Identify potential customers through research and outreach efforts* Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders* Work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences* Provide solutions and proposals to meet customer requirements* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition* Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities* Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets*

**Requirements:*

* 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the US market* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding existing customer relationships* Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and customer relationship management (CRM) systems* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines*

**Benefits:**

**Work Schedule:**

US: 6 PM to 3 AM IST (Please note that these timings are subject to change based on business needs)
