About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and developing new products to meet customer demands. Your role will involve executing market promotional activities, meeting with customers and dealers to source new business opportunities, and establishing strong marketing channels in assigned territories.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough market trend analysis to identify opportunities for product development and expansion.2. Plan and execute effective market promotional activities that align with market and business requirements.3. Meet with new customers and dealers to explore business development opportunities and provide assistance as needed.4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and aggregators to generate new business leads.5. Develop suitable products to cater to emerging business opportunities in bill discounting and term loans.6. Handhold and develop the downline sales force to drive business growth, including managing a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Business Managers (BMs).7. Oversee sales targets and Annual Operating Plans (AOP), conducting financial analysis and identifying areas for improvement.8. Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the region, ensuring both top-line and bottom-line growth.9. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners and aggregators, to drive business growth through partnerships.10. Optimize manpower productivity, process costing, and implement business strategies to achieve optimal results.11. Implement business generation strategies through new products and initiatives.12. Ensure access to business loans for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), traders, service industries, and working capital term loans through channel sales.
