Job Role: Jr. Tender Engineer

This role involves submitting tenders online/offline to various government departments and preparing documents as per tender requirements.

  • Tenders must be submitted in a timely and accurate manner, with all necessary documentation included.
  • The successful candidate will also be required to prepare documents for telephonic and written communication with clients, as well as attending client meetings and documenting the outcome.
  • Additionally, the role requires managing sales orders, tracking work progress, and preparing reports on a regular basis.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating tender fees, EMD, and final documents, as well as configuring PCs for successful tender submissions.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess proficiency in configuring PCs.
