About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our high-performance team at Quartz Components. As a core Supply Chain role, you will have strong exposure to electronics components and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timely re-orders and vendor negotiations.
  • Perform quality and quantity checks on received items.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Coordinate with Accounts and Warehouse teams.
  • Support new product additions and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Interest in Electronics and Supply Chain.
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
