Transformation Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist us in our digital transformation journey. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, AI, and automation.

This entry-level role offers the chance to learn and grow with our team while making a real impact on our business. You will be working closely with various departments to explore and implement new technologies, create digital training materials, and document solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Explore New Technologies: Recommend practical applications for different departments using AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools.
  2. Support Implementation and Roll-outs: Pilot test, provide feedback, and offer user support for new systems.
  3. Create Digital Training Materials: Develop short videos, tutorials, and guides for our Digital Training Academy.
  4. Document Solutions and Share Knowledge: Assist staff in adopting new tools with confidence by documenting solutions and sharing knowledge.
  5. Assist IT with Troubleshooting: Provide a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team when required.
  6. Track and Monitor Licenses and Costs: Flag opportunities for efficiency in digital tool usage.
  7. Collaborate with HR and Training Teams: Identify critical digital skills and develop training resources.
  8. Provide Input into Technology-Focused Projects: Contribute to our transformation journey through technology-focused projects.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have strong potential in areas such as:

  • A diploma/degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Knowledge of or exposure to automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier).
  • Experience using AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt or equivalent).
  • Digital content creation skills: ability to create engaging digital learning material using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with resilience and a sense of urgency to find practical effective solutions.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
  • Quick learner.
  • Good communication skills in English, able to explain technical ideas simply and clearly.
  • Sound administrative skills, able to track exploration, learning, roll-outs, and licenses.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently.
