Job Overview

As a key member of the investment team, this leader will be responsible for managing investment portfolios and making informed investment decisions.

This role is crucial in driving the performance of the funds under management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investment Strategy Development: Design and implement effective investment strategies to achieve optimal returns.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage investment risk to ensure portfolio stability.
  • Fund Performance Updates: Provide regular updates and reports on fund performance to clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research on potential investment opportunities, industry sectors, and market conditions.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment options and identify attractive opportunities.
  • Due Diligence: Support due diligence efforts by gathering and organizing information on prospective investments.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of research and data analysts.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A relevant educational background or certifications such as CA, CFA (US), MBA (Finance) are preferred.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Fund Management Role.
  • Skills: Advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities, demonstrated interest in financial markets, and high levels of curiosity and skepticism.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills and desire to work in a team environment.
