Operations Associate Position

This role involves leading the conversion process of inbound leads into confirmed bookings. It requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to provide personalized accommodation recommendations to students.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice. They will work closely with marketing and supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Interaction: Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  • Market Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  • Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
  • Active Listening Skills: Strong active listening skills.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Objection Handling: Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
