    • MONITOR STUDENT ACADEMIC PROGRESS, IDENTIFY CHALLENGES, AND PROVIDE NECESSARY INTERVENTIONS TO IMPROVE LEARNING OUTCOMES.
    • CONDUCT CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENTS AND EVALUATIONS TO TRACK STUDENT UNDERSTANDING OF THE CURRICULUM.
    • WORK CLOSELY WITH TEACHERS AND COUNSELORS TO DEVELOP CUSTOMIZED ACADEMIC PLANS FOR STUDENTS REQUIRING ADDITIONAL SUPPORT.
  • Parent Communication & Collaboration:
    • Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to keep them updated on their child's academic and personal development.
    • Organize and participate in parent meetings and conferences to discuss student progress, challenges, and goals.
    • Address parental concerns, provide guidance, and suggest ways they can support their child's education at home.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, assessments, and behavioral observations.
    • Prepare reports and conduct data analysis on student performance and development for internal use and communication with parents and school leadership.
    • Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) and other educational software for efficient data tracking and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PASSION FOR MENTORING AND GUIDING STUDENTS.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS TO BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS, PARENTS, AND EDUCATORS.
  • ABILITY TO TRACK AND ANALYSE STUDENT PERFORMANCE TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE SUPPORT.
  • PROFICIENCY IN MAINTAINING RECORDS AND USING EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE FOR REPORTING.
