Mental Health Professional - Campus Support

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a campus support specialist, you will provide emotional wellness services to students in a dynamic and fast-paced academic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overnight mental health support through regular rotations to ensure students receive timely assistance.
  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels to foster trust and accessibility.
  • Manage student appointments and facilitate walk-in sessions through our user-friendly portal.
  • Engage in floor walks to build visibility, promote accessibility, and establish trust with students.
  • Maintain accurate case notes, records, and reports while adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology is mandatory.
  • (1-8 years) experience or strong interest in working with youth/academic mental health.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students empathetically and approachably.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Bengali is beneficial.
  • Willingness to stay on campus.
