Job Title: Pre-Primary Education Leader

This is a collaborative leadership role that requires open-mindedness and a commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of how children learn, be aware of academic developments, and possess an approach to learning that fosters student and teacher growth.

The Pre-Primary Education Leader will work closely with the Principal as part of the school's senior leadership team to lead instructional programs in the Pre-Primary section. This includes evaluating lesson plans, observing classes, and promoting the use of various instructional strategies and materials aligned with research on learning and child development.

The role also involves conducting meetings with parents to foster a sense of community and support student needs. Additionally, the Pre-Primary Education Leader will be responsible for developing creativity and collaboration among students through organizing relevant workshops and events.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating lesson plans and observing classes to encourage effective teaching practices
  • Conducting meetings with parents to promote student progress
  • Organizing workshops and events to support student learning and development
  • Developing creativity and collaboration among students

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in any subject (preferably English, Science, or Social Sciences)
  • Professional teaching degree from a recognized University (B Ed/M Ed)
  • Proficiency in technology and language skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in working with educational policies and standards
  • Knowledge in teaching methodologies, remediation planning, differential learning, curriculum review, and student assessment
