About This Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance consultant performance and adoption of CRM tools.
  • Lead the team in ensuring student outcomes, guiding students through the entire educational process while maintaining policy, process, and ethical compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on admissions, visas, scholarships, and market trends to provide accurate and timely advice to students.
  • Foster relationships with universities and institutions to create strong pipelines and opportunities for students.
  • Amplify our brand by planning and executing workshops, seminars, fairs, and office events, supporting client meetings and local outreach.
  • Use data to improve by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), generating weekly/monthly review data, conducting timely team reviews, and turning insights into better student service and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in B2C international education.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and experience in team leadership with measurable results.
  • Proven track record of building business plans/budgets and reporting on progress.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with CRM tools preferred.
  • High integrity, ethical decision-making, and respect for diversity.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Fluency in Malayalam language.
