
Home Loan Sales Representative

Our ideal candidate will excel in identifying and sourcing home loan customers through direct engagement, builder partnerships, and strategic networks. They will build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective relationship management.
Effective home loan sales professionals understand customer financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions. They are responsible for end-to-end home loan processing, including documentation, credit appraisal coordination, and timely disbursal.
They generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals, while also cross-selling banking and third-party products such as insurance and savings accounts.
Excellent communication skills are essential for maintaining regular customer contact and providing post-sales support. Achieving assigned sales targets and adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements are key performance indicators.
Requirements for Success:- Graduate degree (any stream); post-graduation preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in home loan or mortgage loan sales.
- Familiarity with local property markets, builders, and developers is necessary.
- Strong understanding of loan eligibility criteria, credit norms, and legal aspects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills are required.
- Availability of a two-wheeler for field visits is essential.
