Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technology efforts in building a robust digital infrastructure layer. Our goal is to empower users, developers, and creators by making digital infrastructure efficient, secure, and accessible.

Our team has built a blockchain network and a backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystems. You will work with cross-functional teams on tech products across blockchain and distributed systems to solve real-world problems.

We are challenging established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. The underlying principle is to protect user rights, digital intellectual property rights, and assets in an age of AI and instant replication.

As a Technical Lead, you will take the lead in managing multiple products/tools and a team of 10+ members. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving technical design remodeling and refactoring of blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions
  • Leading technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews
  • Building engineering processes for the team and championing product thinking
  • Providing technical leadership with a focus on quality & security
  • Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream
  • Relevant and progressive 10+ Years of experience, with good projects in Blockchain products
  • Hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js
  • Hands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
  • Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
  • Preferred: Designed, developed, and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud
  • Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development
