Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our comprehensive training program. This role will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing forward-thinking training initiatives that align with industry trends.

  • Develop innovative training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency and outcomes.
  • Oversee specific location training activities & project quality.
  • Provide strong leadership by managing and mentoring managers to drive performance excellence within the training function.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:

  • Lead the implementation and evolution of quality management practices across training programs.
  • Continuously improve training frameworks based on performance analytics, audits, and feedback.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align training strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Act as the key liaison between the training department and leadership.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Develop robust performance tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide comprehensive reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Training Innovation:

  • Drive the adoption of new training technologies and methodologies to enhance learning outcomes and reduce training time.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management.
  • HCC Knowledge: Extensive expertise in HCC coding systems.
  • Leadership & Training Expertise: Advanced experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of trainers and process coaches.
