About the Role
We are on the lookout for an experienced Branch Manager to lead business development initiatives, ensure compliance with established policies, and foster overall growth and performance of the branch.
Mandatory Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of experience as a BM/ABM or Senior Sales/BD professional
- Elevator industry experience of 5+ years in leading brands is mandatory
- Ability to comprehend and interpret technical drawings is essential
- Business acumen and strategic planning skills
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with customers, and negotiate contracts.
Daily Operations: Oversee daily activities, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Talent Acquisition: Source, select, and develop talent to meet business requirements.
