Job Title

A proficient and innovative Interior Designer is required to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to create Modular designs based on conversations with clients.

The role involves confidence in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust approaches based on feedback.

Maintaining familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends is crucial to provide the best ideas for clients.

About the Role

This position encompasses:

  1. Ownership of the Sales funnel & driving Sales Closure.
  2. Customer Experience during a project.
  3. Leading and owning quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  4. An end-to-end Project lifecycle.

Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must have:

  1. Graduation / relevant Diploma.
  2. Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  3. Led and delivered at least 5-6 Turnkey / Full Home Residential projects.
  4. Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  5. Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
  6. Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
  7. Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
  8. Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
  9. Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  10. Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
  11. Behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  12. A high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
