Job Title:

Design Visionary

We seek a creative and skilled Design Visionary to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative design concepts that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings and plans.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in space planning, interior design, and architecture.
  • Expertise in construction drawings and documentation.
  • Experience in FF&E coordination and management.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the interior design or architecture industry is highly desirable.

Working closely with architects, managing project timelines, and ensuring high standards of design quality and client satisfaction is essential.

The role involves working on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

As a Design Visionary, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail.
