Job Title: Interior Design Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide expert interior design services, including space planning, colour selection, lighting design and material specification.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • To collaborate with other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • To manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Familiarity with construction methods and building codes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as LEED AP or NCIDQ.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

The working conditions will include regular attendance at meetings, site visits and client presentations.
