Senior Interior Design Leader

The Senior Leadership – Concept Design (Interior Design) plays a pivotal role in spearheading interior design projects from conceptualization to completion. This leadership position involves envisioning innovative design solutions, collaborating with clients, and ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:

Leading and mentoring a team of interior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and growth. Providing guidance and feedback to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Client Collaboration:

Understanding client needs, developing design proposals, and presenting design concepts in a clear and concise manner. Ensuring client expectations are met through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Project Management:

Overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept to final implementation, managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of design milestones. Coordinating closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other project aspects.

  • Design Expertise:

Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection. Developing design plans that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budgetary constraints.

  • Qualifications & Experience:

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
