Job Title: Interior Designer

As a skilled professional, you will play a key role in creating innovative interior design concepts that balance aesthetics and functionality. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think creatively, and possess a deep understanding of interior design principles. You will also be proficient in using software such as Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD to create detailed designs and models.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will work collaboratively with other designers and stakeholders to deliver projects from inception to completion. Your ability to analyze user requirements, present design ideas, and work effectively in a team will be essential to success.

  • Develop conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that address the exacting project functions of aesthetics and practicality.
  • Participate in research, conceptual, and development of designs, analyzing user requirements to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Present and express architectural interior design ideas and planning by free-hand sketches and computer-aided designs.
  • Work collaboratively with other disciplines to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare a complete set of construction drawings, documents, specifications for architecture interior design, and maintain the company's graphical standards for deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Arch., M'Arch, B'ID, M'ID in architecture/ Architectural Interior or relevant degree.
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience with good level of technical competency.
  • Very good knowledge of primary software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Additional software knowledge such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is plus.
