**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Ability to Work under Pressure: You should be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Pleasant Voice and Telephonic Etiquette: You should have a pleasant voice and good telephonic etiquette.
  • Working Knowledge of Computers: You should have a working knowledge of computers and be able to comprehend and follow instructions.
  • Adept at Typing: You should be adept at typing and have basic computer skills.
  • Comfortable with Rotational Shifts: You should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and be eligible for 2 weeks off.
