Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in supply chain management and Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse to fill this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and requirements.
  • Lead Discovery Sessions: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.
  • Present Customized Solutions: Present tailored solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs and goals.
  • Develop Supply Chain Solutions: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Create Proposals and Workflows: Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities and value.
  • Work with Technical Teams: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
  • Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse: Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements and optimize solution performance.
  • Guide Best Practices: Share knowledge and best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization, promoting successful adoption and usage.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Support Sales Teams: Provide technical expertise and thought leadership to sales teams during the pre-sales process, enhancing sales effectiveness and success.
  • Demonstrate Product Capabilities: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios, showcasing solution capabilities and value.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs: Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights, providing valuable information to stakeholders.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful project delivery.
  • Provide Post-Implementation Guidance: Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions, driving long-term adoption and satisfaction.
