Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Due Diligence Specialist to join our team in an exciting role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading due diligence projects, analyzing financial data, and providing valuable insights to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, its competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Lead the execution of client services as an Engagement Manager, overseeing project delivery and ensuring quality results.
  • Collaborate with the team during project execution, reviewing reports and providing valuable inputs to enhance deliverables.
  • Analyze information memoranda, business plans, publicly available data on the target business, and evaluate underlying assumptions.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables (including Excel and PowerPoint documents) within agreed timelines, briefing stakeholders accordingly.
  • Review and analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheet data.
  • Assess projections and underlying assumptions, evaluating operating trends, quality of earnings, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows.
  • Evaluate key issues related to deals, assess their impact on valuation/price consideration, and advise on ways to address these issues.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and activities.
  • Proactively resolve risk issues in delivering services to clients with Partner support.
  • Contribute significantly to knowledge sharing efforts, review processes, and continually improve them to capture and leverage knowledge.
  • Effectively build and manage teams, serving as a strong role model, mentor, and coach.
  • Work on business development, proposals, and cost estimates.
