We are seeking an experienced DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team.

About the Role:

">
  • Database Administration & Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize databases across MS SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL environments.
  • Performance Tuning & Scalability: Conduct proactive query tuning, execution plan analysis, and indexing strategies to optimize database performance.
  • High Availability, Replication & Disaster Recovery: Design and implement HA/DR solutions for all supported databases.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement role-based access control (RBAC), encryption, auditing, and compliance policies across all database environments.
  • DevOps, CI/CD, & Automation: Integrate database changes into CI/CD pipelines and automate routine maintenance tasks.
  • Cloud & Data Technologies: Manage cloud-based database solutions and work with NoSQL solutions like MongoDB when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience managing MS SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL in enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in database performance tuning, query optimization, and execution plan analysis.
  • Strong experience with replication, clustering, and high-availability configurations.
  • Familiarity with cloud databases in AWS or Azure (RDS, Azure SQL, Oracle Cloud, etc).
