We're Hiring: Database Architect

Are you a strategic database expert with 12+ years of experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance database solutions? We want you to lead the transformation of enterprise data ecosystems

Role Overview:

Join us as a Database Architect and take charge of architecting, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade databases across relational and NoSQL platforms. You'll drive modernization efforts, cloud migrations, and enforce best practices that ensure data integrity, security, and peak performance.

What You'll Do:

Design scalable, secure database architectures for mission-critical applications

Define data models, indexing, and normalization strategies aligned with business goals

Lead cloud database migrations (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, GCP) and modernization initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize query performance and data access

Establish governance, standards, and database security policies

Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies

Tune databases and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks

Drive adoption of new technologies and database automation within DevOps pipelines

What We're Looking For:

12+ years in database architecture & administration

Expert in relational DBs: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL

Strong with NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB

Skilled in SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning

Experience with cloud platforms & managed DB services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and integration tools

Solid grasp of database security and regulatory compliance

Strong problem-solving & communication skills

Bonus Points:

Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Exposure to Big Data tech (Hadoop, Spark)

Agile, Scrum, and DevOps experience

Legacy DB modernization & hybrid cloud expertise
