As a key member of our Enterprise Support team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Account Managers and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Technical Account Managers to manage Enterprise support customers.
  2. Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  3. Work with the most talented technical account managers in India to drive customer success and expand the footprint of the Enterprise Support offering.
  4. Translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies and develop technical solutions to enable those goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years managing technical teams and 14+ years of overall experience.
  • Experience scaling an organization through rapid growth or expansion.
  • Previous experience in technical account management, business relationship management, or consulting.
  • An adaptable communication style that can fit diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in communicating complex ideas, either with the written word or in presentations.
  • Record of driving projects to improve support-related processes and the technical support experience.
  • Experience with AWS service offerings.
