**Product Strategist Role Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to own and maintain the product backlog for an engineering team. This is a hands-on position where you will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with an engineering team to manage product backlogs. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and maintaining the product backlog for the assigned engineering team.
  • Creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria based on the product roadmap and business value.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions, providing clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements.
  • Writing clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies.
  • Reviewing and accepting completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.

  • Experience working with an engineering team to manage product backlogs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
