Product Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning product modules from requirement gathering to delivery and iteration, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Translating business needs and customer feedback into clear user stories and structured documentation, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Leading sprint ceremonies, including planning, backlog grooming, and daily syncs, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborating with tech leads and developers, designers, and QA teams to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Working closely with stakeholders and customers to define custom features and integrations that meet their needs.
  • Driving UAT, feedback collection, and iterative improvements post-launch, to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Balancing product goals with technical constraints and timelines, leveraging expertise to deliver results.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and long-term product scalability.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or technical product environments, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner or in end-to-end product lifecycle management, with proven success collaborating with engineering and QA teams.
  • Strong documentation and story-writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA and ClickUp, with a focus on streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive results.
  • Ownership mindset, with a focus on accountability and delivering outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a user-centric approach.
