As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team handling end-to-end finance operations for US-based clients. With over 10 years of experience in US finance processes and strong team management capabilities, the ideal candidate will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals supporting US clients to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee daily activities including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, month-end/quarter-end/year-end closures, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with US GAAP, SOX regulations, and client-specific guidelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple US clients – manage expectations, resolve escalations, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with preferred certifications like CPA/MBA.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in US finance operations, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of US accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple US-based clients across various industries.
  • Proficient in financial systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in BPO/KPO/Shared Service environments.
  • Exposure to financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Client-facing roles with US stakeholders.
