Job Title: Property Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to oversee the management of our properties. This senior role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving guest satisfaction, and achieving business objectives across our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute property-level operational strategies in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Operational Management: Take end-to-end ownership of property operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvements to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage property teams, including managers, housekeeping, front office, and security staff.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance among team members.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding service standards and addressing feedback proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience of 4-5 years in hospitality management, with a focus on multi-property or branch-level operations.
  • Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle large and diverse teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Financial Acumen: Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest, team, and vendor interactions.
