Job Title: Learning Solutions Director

This is a senior leadership position that leads the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge learning solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative learning experiences that integrate instructional design principles, assessment methodologies, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead large-scale client engagements and manage project delivery teams to ensure timely and profitable outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop consultants and learning associates in consulting, instructional design, and client management capabilities.

Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large complex client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools and digital learning platforms.
