Student Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Student Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with students and parents to explain courses.
  • Guide learners in selecting the right programs and study plans tailored to their goals.
  • Manage inquiries, enrollments, and follow-ups for smooth student onboarding.
  • Provide career and academic guidance focused on competitive exam preparation.
  • Support lead generation, conversions, and student retention at our centers.
  • Maintain accurate student records and counseling progress via internal systems.
  • Collaborate with faculty, center heads, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
  • A passion for education and empathy toward students and parents.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (especially in education/coaching) is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for education are welcome.
