Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Primary Education Leader to oversee the academic and administrative functioning of our primary section. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance to teachers in curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and classroom management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to teachers in curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and classroom management.\
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes.\
  • Organize and coordinate school activities, events, and assessments for the primary section.\
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements.\
  • Facilitate communication between management, staff, students, and parents.\
  • Support teacher professional development through training, mentoring, and performance reviews.\
  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.\
  • Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.\

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Education or a related field, and a Bachelor's degree in Education is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in primary education, prior leadership coordinator experience is preferred.

Skills:

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of primary school curriculum and pedagogy, excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. They should be able to mentor and motivate teachers and students alike, and proficiency in technology for teaching and administration is required.
